From a childhood fascination with machines sparked in New York to navigating the legendary canyon roads of California, Mike's life has been intertwined with the thrill and mechanics of motorcycles. His journey began informally, riding dirtbikes at a friend's house, but quickly accelerated after moving to California for an aerospace engineering internship with NASA. Purchasing his first motorcycle opened up the year-round riding possibilities of the high desert, leading to countless miles exploring diverse terrains. He quickly realized he wasn't just casually riding; it evolved into a deep dive into motorcycle mechanics, with Mike gaining intimate knowledge by completely disassembling and reassembling bikes.  With over 100,000 miles of combined road and off-road experience under his belt, Mike brings a unique perspective shaped by both relentless exploration and the rigorous safety culture ingrained during his time in the aerospace industry. He's deeply passionate about pushing the limits of riding and racing while meticulously managing risks – a philosophy he's eager to share.
